About the Company

Liaoning Dantan New Materials Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise specialized in carbon material research and development, production and sales. Founded in 1994, the headquarter is located in Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province, which is near Dandong and Dalian in the south and 180 kilometers away from Shenyang in the north. Dantan has total assets of 3.5 billion yuan, annual output value of 3 billion yuan, and covers total area of 340,000 square meters including construction area of 150,000 square meters, and has more than 1,000 employees including 170 professionals and technical personnel. It is the executive member of China Carbon Industry Association.

Dantan owns five companies of Liaoning Dantan Technology Group Co., Ltd., Liaoning Dantan New Material Co., Ltd., Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd., Fengcheng Qunxing Industrial Co., Ltd., Dan Carbon (Shanghai) Company Ltd., establishing a group management model with resource sharing, complementary advantages, centralized research and development, full process production flow, variety and unified marketing.

Dantan has advanced carbon products production equipment and technology, and graphite electrode production capacity is 120,000 tons per year, covering diameter 200-800 mm regular power, impregnated, high power and ultra-high power four series of more than 90 varieties of specifications. The production capacity of medium & fine-grain special graphite, conducting electrode, graphite block, cathode carbon block for aluminium electrolysis is 50,000 tons per year, isostatic graphite is 2,000 tons per year, graphite crucible and saggar is 150,000 sets per year, and anode material graphitization is 30,000 tons per year. The products have high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, low consumption characteristics, widely used in iron and steel, yellow phosphorus, corundum, industrial silicon, electrolytic aluminum, new energy anode and cathode materials, photovoltaic, semiconductor, electro sparking, non-ferrous metals, chemical industry and other industries, best-selling in more than 30 provinces and cities in China, and exported to Japan and South Korea, Europe, America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and other countries and regions.

Our Beautiful Story

2004 year
Group, acquired Fengcheng Qunxing Industrial Company and officially entered the field of carbon manufacturing. In the same year, the construction of Dalishu factory area was started and Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd. was registered.
Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd. 12 cans of calciner, roaster, graphitization furnace completed and put into operation.

2005 year
Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd. was completed and put into production.
Baoshan Factory Area Started Construction in January of the following year, Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

2006 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. 25MN pressing workshop and dipping workshop were completed and put into production.
2007 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. Furnace Completed and Put into Production.
2008 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. 25MN Pressing Workshop Batching System Automation Upgrade Completed.
2009 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. Room 30 Ring Furnace Completed and Put into Production.Group Company R & D and Production 550 Ultra-high Power Shiying Electroelectrode Put on Market.

2010 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. Impregnation Workshop Vertical Tank System Completed and Put into Production "Dan carbon" registered trademark approved by the State Trademark Administration Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. Tunnel Kiln Workshop Completed and Put into Production.

2013 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. completed the white flag plant graphitization workshop put into production.

2014 year
Group Company Achieves Annual Output of Graphite Electrode 30000 Tons

2015 year
Fengcheng Baoshan Carbon Co., Ltd. molding workshop and molding machinery transformation completed and put into production.
2016 year
New Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd. Machining Production Line Completed and Put into Production.
2017 year
Impregnation workshop, calcination workshop technical transformation completed and put into production.
Group Company R & D and Production 600 Ultra-high Power Graphite Electrode to Market.

2017 year
Acquires Huludao Dongsheng Carbon Guanghe and Compresses Production Workshop Group Company Approved "National High-tech Enterprise" Title.
Group R & D and production of 700 ultra-high power graphite electrode put on the market.

2018 year
Group R & D and production of 700 ultra-high power graphite electrode put on the market.
Group Company Achieves Annual Output of Graphite Electrode 50000 Tons.
The construction of the brother mountain factory area started, and Fengcheng Baoxin Carbon Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

2018 year
Dandong Xinxing Carbon Co., Ltd. completed the technical transformation of graphitization process and put into operation (including 66KV power supply system).
2019 year
Baoxin Carbon No.1 Baking Workshop, Calcination Workshop, Tunnel Kiln Workshop, Impregnation Workshop Completed and Put into Production.
Group R & D and production of 650 ultra-high power graphite electrode put on the market.
Group Company Realized Annual Output of Graphite Electrode 60000 Tons, Sales 60000 Tons.
