How long does the production cycle of graphite electrodes take?

The production time of most graphite electrode is at least 60 days, and the production time of the highest grade (UHP electrode grade) is 90 days.
The production cycle of a batch of ultra-high power or high power graphite electrodes are as follows: electrode extrusion (3 days) – roasting (25 days) – impregnation (4 days) – re-roasting (15 days) – graphitization (10 days) – machining, quality inspection (2 days) – packaging and delivery of finished products (1 day). From feeding to electrode body delivery, the fastest production cycle will be 60 days. However, the treatment of two leaching and three roasting of the pin is more than that of the electrode body, so the fastest production cycle will be 90 days.
